If you applied using an airline email address, you will be approved ASAP.
If you applied using a non-airline email address (such as hotmail.com, gmail.com) you will need to submit proof of eligibility in the form of a copy of your airline ID, an airline paystub or a letter verifying your employment status on airline letterhead.
If your Facebook profile shows you working for an airline and there is a picture of you in uniform or at least with your airline lanyard on, send us the link to your Facebook profile and make sure we can see this information so we can view and verify. If your settings are set to private, since we may not be friends, we may not be able to see those pictures and employment status.
Once approved your membership will give you access to our interline discounts plus in the case of cruises and resorts, our online booking engines.
Until your request has been approved you will be unable to see prices and our booking engine but most other pages on our site are open for you to view and read.
