Our amazing tour of Tuscany is as follows:

  • Oct. 23, 2026 – Welcome to Tuscany!! – Fly into Florence for your transfer to your hotel. This evening, join the group for a 3-course welcome dinner at the hotel, Drinks extra.
  • Oct. 24, 2026 – Cooking class with lunch at a Tuscan farmhouse – During this cooking activity, we will concentrate on the main specialty of Italian and Tuscan cuisine, homemade pasta. The course will conclude with a tasting of our Tuscan wines to pair with dishes cooked previously, served along with some appetizers. This evening dinner will be served at a Tuscan farmhouse.
  • Oct. 25, 2026 – Montalcino Fair & Steam Train – Today we take a trip down memory lane as we board our vintage steam train in Siena for a journey into the unique hilly Tuscan countryside. We pass through the characteristic old villages of the picturesque UNESCO-listed Orcia Valley and steam along the flanks of Italy’s second-tallest volcano, the 1732 m high Monte Amiata. The pleasant train journey is a particular highlight as the gentle rattling motion takes us back in time, as we pass through pristine landscapes. We leave our vintage mode of transport at one of several quaint train stations, where we give ourselves over to a journey of discovery at one of the region‘s festivals. These festivals are a celebration of different local nature products. Later we return to the hotel for dinner.
  • Oct. 26, 2026 – Excursion to Chianti with Wine Tasting and light Lunch – Today’s excursion will take you into the Chianti Valley. This hilly landscape, interspersed with olive groves, cypresses, vineyards and palaces, fascinates all visitors. You will experience the harmony of the colors that only the hills in this region have to offer, with your own eyes. You will stop en route to a local winery to visit the barrel room and sample four local wines, accompanied by snacks. This evening dinner will be served at a Tuscan farmhouse.
  • Oct. 27, 2026 – Florence with market tour – Meet your 3-hour English-speaking licensed guide for an immersive tour of Florence. Your guide will take you through the city’s rich history, art, and architecture. Key highlights of the tour will include:

Your guide will take you to one of the city’s famous markets, such as Mercato Centrale. Here, you will taste local specialties, learn about the ingredients and traditions behind Tuscan cuisine, as you chat with local vendors and artisans. Afternoon free time to explore or for shopping, before dinner, that will be served at a local restaurant in Florence.
