This is our exclusive D Day 80th Anniversary tour!!
Our exclusive tour has you on the beaches of Normandy on the morning of Jun. 6th, the 80th anniversary of D-Day!! This is most likely the last major anniversary where we will see veterans from that day attend. (remember if they were 18 on D Day they will be 98 on this anniversary.)
A large contingent of foreign heads of states are due to attend Normandy for this event. As a result schedule that day will have to be flexible. For instance as of this writing. Omaha Beach and the US Cemetery are closed on June6th. Unofficially we are told by the authorities in Normandy they expect that both will be open that afternoon. We are told we will have access to the other beaches such as Sword and other cemeteries in the area. We are also trying to arrange a reception with members and the families of the French Resistance who live in the area.
Explore WWII military museums, walk the beaches of Normandy on the morning on Jun. 6th, the 80th Anniversary of D Day and more! We also have cooking classes, dinners and so much more as part of this exclusive tour that is only available thru InterlineTravel.com
You won’t find this tour anywhere else as this is an exclusive tour from InterlineTravel.com.
