I filled out all the required information , returned email and submitted a photo of my employee photo ID .. The site says I am logged in but no rate information shows up I spoke with an agent who walked me through the steps to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She said she sent an e-mail to SteveCosgrove and he will get in contact with me that was about 24 hrs ago! What’s going on?
