June 23, 2024 by Steve Cosgrove Leave a Comment

Positano is hands down one of the most beautiful places on earth. It makes sense that many people want to come and visit. So here is a list of the top restaurants in Positano worthy of your time and money.

Adamo Ed Eva – Adamo e Eva is a restaurant that is located inside Hotel Eden Roc. It is a bit higher up along the coast which means that the views are breathtaking. Their specialty is seafood. Wash it down with a chilled bottle of white wine.

La Tagliata – There are some views that you can just stare at for hours and it continues to take your breath away. La Tagliata has one of the best views. The great thing about this restaurant is that the food is really good as well! The restaurant is not in the city centre but they will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation after dinner. Book early while the sun is still up to enjoy those views!

Max – This is a great place if you want to stay in the center of the city and eat some of the best dishes of the original tradition .

Buca di Bacco – They serve delicious salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes. But their handmade ravioli are for sure some of the best that you will try in your life. another great point: it s located right on the main beach

Da Vincenzo – This restaurant is right on the main road so it is better to book in advance if you want to have a seat with a view. Their main speciality is seafood. It is also a popular spot for drinks either before or after dinner.

Chez Black – This lovely restaurant right on the beach is the perfect place for a great seafood meal. The staff is super friendly. The menu is varied and there is something for everyone here.

La Cambusa – La Cambusa is near Chez Black. Some of their recipes are pasta with squid ink, seafood stew or lemon flavoured tiramisu. Wash all of that down with a nice, cold bottle of white wine.

Rada – This restaurant is literally growing out of the rocks on a cliff. From this position, it is impossible not to enjoy amazing views overlooking the Mediterrean Sea. Their speciality is seafood.

La Taverna Del Leone – This restaurant is a bit outside of Positano. This is a family run restaurant which has been around since the 1960s. The dishes they make are traditional Italian food.

Zass(San Pietro)

la Sponda (le Sirenuse)

la Serra ( le Agavi)

The Michelin star restaurants with extremely professional waiters, amazing food and amazing views.
