St. Patrick’s Day 2027 falls on a Wednesday, and we have you in Dublin for it with three more nights in the city on either side, so you are not rushing in and straight back out.

Our amazing itinerary is:

• Mar. 11, 2027 — Arrival Day — Arrive at Dublin Airport (DUB) and meet the group. Rather than waste your first day, we go straight into Dublin. We start at the Guinness Storehouse, seven floors built around the story of Ireland’s most famous stout, finishing in the Gravity Bar with a pint and a 360-degree view over the city. Then St. Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191 and the largest church in Ireland, and Christ Church Cathedral, older still and built over a Viking foundation. We check into the Talbot Hotel Stillorgan and have dinner together at the hotel.
• Mar. 12, 2027 — Kilbeggan Distillery, then west to Galway — After breakfast we head west. Along the way we stop at Kilbeggan Distillery, Ireland’s oldest licensed distillery, with a story that goes back to 1757. You will see how it is made in the old copper stills, and you will taste it. We continue to Galway City on the Atlantic coast and check into the Victoria Hotel Galway for two nights. Dinner tonight at the hotel.
• Mar. 13, 2027 — Kylemore Abbey & Victorian Walled Garden — After breakfast we drive an hour north into Connemara for Kylemore Abbey, a 1,000-acre estate and one of Ireland’s most photographed places. Kylemore Castle was built in the late 1800s by Mitchell Henry, a wealthy businessman and liberal politician, as a gift to his wife Margaret. The Victorian Walled Garden was the most advanced of its day. Back to Galway, with the evening and dinner at the hotel.
• Mar. 14, 2027 — Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty Castle, on to Tralee — We check out and head south for the Cliffs of Moher, eight miles of County Clare coastline dropping 702 feet straight into the Atlantic. Then Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, a 15th-century tower house with a recreated 19th-century village around it. We arrive in Tralee, County Kerry, and check into the Grand Hotel for two nights. Dinner at the hotel.
• Mar. 15, 2027 — County Kerry and a working sheep farm — [RING OF KERRY — CONFIRM WITH OPERATOR BEFORE PUBLISHING. Coach and guide are included today.] We visit the Kissane Sheep Farm, a traditional working farm in the Kerry mountains, to watch the border collies work a flock the way it has been done here for generations. It is one of the most popular stops we make. Back to Tralee for a hearty Irish dinner at the hotel.
• Mar. 16, 2027 — The Rock of Cashel, then back to Dublin — After breakfast we check out and head for Dublin, stopping at the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary. This is the one stop on the tour with St. Patrick’s own name on it — locally it is called Carraig Phádraig, St. Patrick’s Rock. Tradition holds that Patrick came here in the fifth century and baptised Aengus, King of Munster, on the rock itself. The story goes that during the ceremony Patrick accidentally drove the spike of his crozier clean through the king’s foot, and Aengus, thinking it was part of the ritual, said nothing and endured it. True or not, the name stuck. What is not in dispute is that this limestone outcrop was the seat of the Kings of Munster, and that the medieval cathedral, chapel and round tower on top of it hold one of the most important collections of Celtic art and medieval architecture in Europe. We arrive in Dublin, check into the Talbot Hotel Stillorgan for the rest of the tour, and have dinner at the hotel.
• Mar. 17, 2027 — St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin!!! — Enjoy a hearty Irish breakfast and get into your green. Our coach takes us into the city for the St. Patrick’s Festival parade. Marching bands, dancers, street theatre and pageantry through the city centre, and then the pubs, the music and the whole city out on the street. Our hotel is about a ten-minute drive from downtown Dublin. The coach will have a set return time, but if you want to stay longer, stay — cabs run all day and night. We will have dinner at the hotel for anyone who wants to come back for it. There is no guide today; the day is yours.
• Mar. 18, 2027 — Glendalough and Powerscourt — After breakfast we head south into the Wicklow Mountains for Glendalough, the “valley of the two lakes,” a 6th-century monastic settlement founded by St. Kevin, with its round tower and ruined churches sitting in one of the most beautiful valleys in Ireland. Then Powerscourt House and Gardens, 47 acres of terraces, statues and lakes with the Sugarloaf mountain framing the view, regularly named one of the finest gardens in the world. Back to Dublin for our final dinner at the hotel — or stay out and have your last night in an Irish pub. We suggest the Temple Bar area for lunch or dinner.
• Mar. 19, 2027 — Depart for home — Sadly, we end our tour today. After breakfast we transfer by private coach to Dublin Airport (DUB). Allow plenty of time: Dublin has U.S. Customs preclearance, so you clear U.S. immigration in Ireland and land back in the States as a domestic arrival. Don’t schedule a flight before 10 a.m.

Cost — This will vary depending on how many people sign up, but here is the breakdown. Rates are per person based on double occupancy.

We offer two prices on this tour: one for the public and one for interliners. Interliners are airline employees or spouses, airline retirees or spouses, parents or parents-in-law of airline employees, and anyone traveling with them.

For the public, the price is

• 30 to 39 guests – $2,499pp
• 40 guests – $1,319pp

We have a 20-person minimum to make the tour go. If you sign up at the higher price and we get more people, you will end up paying the final lower price for the tour. For example, if you sign up when we only have 20 people signed up, the cost is the higher price shown. If we end up with 30 or more going, the price drops, and that price, based on how many are booked, would be the final price you would pay.

Yes, you can bring friends with you, and parents and in-laws of employees can book into this also and go at the same rate you do as an interliner. We want to fill the group to 30 or more to get the rate down. If we get an overwhelming response, we will go to our operator and see about adding a second date. Otherwise, once we hit 40, we will have a waitlist in case of cancellations.

One thing to keep in mind: St. Patrick’s week is the busiest week of the year in Dublin and hotel space is contracted well in advance. Once our rooms are gone, we cannot add more.

The deposit is $500pp at the time of booking if we still have space left.

Final payment is due on Jan. 10, 2027.

No penalty if you cancel prior to or on Jan. 10, 2027. Full penalty if cancelled after Jan. 10, 2027.
